The Chuck Jones Center for Creativity Review and Giveaway

The Chuck Jones Center for Creativity: Brings out Creativity in the Young and Young-at-Heart:

Most of us grew up watching Bugs Bunny, The Roadrunner and Coyote and many more of the characters that Chuck Jones created in his lifetime.  I had a chance to speak to his grandson, Craig Kausen, who spoke about how his cartoons are timeless and children today enjoy them just as much as we did as kids.  I completely agree and just love that one man created such wonderful characters!

My daughter and I found The Chuck Jones Center for Creativity a few months ago at the new SoCo shopping center in Orange County.  We both immediately fell in love with the creative energy of the place!  It might be the illustrations and paintings on the wall by Chuck Jones that immediately bring you back to your childhood, or the six tables that are filled with paper, coloring pencils, and a large recycle container filled with goodies for the kids to create their own masterpiece!  The Chuck Jones Center for Creativity offers art classes, exhibitions, lectures, and film festivals.  If you are in the area or planned to visit Orange County anytime soon – you really will fall in love with this inspiring center!  You can read more at www.chuckjonescenter.org.

Linked to the past. Ready for today. Designing tomorrow.“Tradition is not about preserving ashes, but about passing on fire“. At Goebel it also means the highest standards of quality. Since the founding of the company in 1871, special emphasis has always been given to artistic expression, quality and the finest craftsmanship. At Goebel you experience how, in close cooperation with renowned artists and designers, objects of porcelain, glass and similar materials become something very special. This is what the founders envisioned, and this is what quickly made Goebel an international success story. Dreams became reality. (Source: www.goebel.com).

Thanks again to the great people over at The Chuck Jones Center for Creativity for the nice interview and for providing this wonderful sculpture that will surely be enjoyed!  Good luck dandelion moms!
