Crafts :: Create Memorable Father’s Day Gifts

Father’s Day is just around the corner.  Doesn’t it seem that all the holidays and special days just sneak up on us busy moms?  This time, I am attempting to stay on top of things and so this weekend, my daughter and I plan to make some fun Father’s Day crafts so we aren’t scrambling to get it done the day before.  Here are some really special crafts I found on some great sites.  Enjoy!

“I Love You This Much” Handmade Card

I love how you use their hand to make the card.  This cute card is very easy to make and instructions and material needed can be found at Day In My Life BlogSpot: https://tiffkeetch.blogspot.com/2010/06/this-much-card-and-kid-canvas.html

Father’s Day Cutout Frame:

This cutout frame will stand proudly on a desk or bureau with the assistance of bent paper clips. The photographs, trimmed to show kids’ faces, peek through the holes of the letters.

The template can be found at Martha Stewarts site here: https://www.marthastewart.com/266139/fathers-day-cutout-frame?czone=h&center=307033&gallery=274629&slide=266139

Father’s Day Photo Block Puzzle

This idea is really adorable and I can just see them sitting on a proud father’s desktop.  Created by Chemistry Mama she says “If you’ve got a little time, this is a great project because it’s so versatile and so personal. Not to mention one of the most fun Father’s Day craft ideas we’ve ever done.”  I definitely want to try this craft.  And if we start now just might be done in time!  To read how to make this block puzzle go to What To Expect Blog: https://www.whattoexpect.com/blogs/astudentatmamauniversity/fathers-day-photo-block-puzzle

Have fun whatever you decide to create!
