Fabulous New Year’s Party Ideas

Ring in the New Year with a little celebration!  Whether you are celebrating with you and the kids or hosting a New Year’s Party for family and friends, why not celebrate with those you care about and celebrate all that you hope 2014 will be!  We found some great ideas that won’t break the bank but will add some sparkle and fun to the party.  And don’t forget about the kids – they will love the milk and sprinkle shots and New Years cookies!  And absolutely love the party hats we found that the young and young-at-heart will have fun wearing!  Enjoy!

 

 

 

Bring on the New Year!

Have I mentioned that I am a sucker for balloons?  No?   Oh, well, I am like a little kid when I get a bunch of balloons for a birthday or  other celebration.  It doesn’t matter if I receive  them as a gift or I am buying them for my daughter – there is just something so wonderful about seeing a bunch of balloons!  So make sure to add some to your New Years party!  Love these ideas from Party Mostess and I don’t think it would be too touch to make this large clock.   To read more go to Party Mostess.

Simple Yet Elegant:

New Year Games:

I like this idea I found on Pinterest.  And it would make for a cool display.  Just a make sure to get a mirrored table runner so they can display their colored paper confetti onto it.  Hmmm… what would I write down and cut up as something I would have rather not happened this past year?  What about you?  Image found on Pinterest.

Let the inner Photographer come through:

By providing some disposable cameras for your guests to use as they wish is a guaranteed laugh once you get them developed!  We did this at our wedding and had some really funny pictures taken by our friends and family.  Image found at Pinterest.

Provide some props:

I made some of these props for my daughter’s 7th carnival-themed birthday party and they are super easy to make!  Just get thick black craft paper at your local craft store, some wooden sticks or striped paper straws and cut out the images you want to use and glue them on.  Really easy that makes for a fun photo op!  Image found on Pinterest.
