Holiday Giveaway from Custom Comfort Mattress!

I think sleep is right up there with my all-time favorite things to do!  This might be because I suffered from pretty bad insomnia in my twenties and early thirties and know what it is like to be sleep-deprived.  Heck, I think just about every parent on the planet knows what is like to feel sleep-deprived.  Those first couple months with a newborn is pretty rough don’t you think?!  Whenever I hear a friend has a newborn I think to myself that they are in the trenches…

Part of getting a good night sleep is having a comfortable mattress and bedding.  Well,  Custom Comfort Mattress is celebrating this crazy, exciting time of year by giving one lucky person the gift of great sleep with a giveaway on their Facebook page. One very lucky person will win a brand new bed from Custom Comfort Mattress and be sleeping in style in the new year.

I had a chance to meet the owners of Custom Comfort Mattress at an event this year.  I have a soft spot for small businesses since my parents were small business owners for many years.  Custom Comfort Mattress is a family-run business that offers really quality mattresses – for any budget.  From a more basic mattress on up to the highest quality you can find.

I have insomnia so I don’t get a whole lot of sleep at night. At the very most I will get 5 and a half hours but typically it’s more like 4. My goal for 2016 is to get on a better sleeping regimen.

I’m an insomniac, unfortunately, so I don’t get a lot of sleep at all. 4 hours would be a lot for me. I’ve been thinking of using a sleep mask to help so that’s why I’m really interested in this giveaway.

I get maybe 7-8 hours on a good night. I usually feel rested unless I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back asleep.

  • Linda

Usually 6 hrs but sometimes it is broken sleep not 6 hrs straight. I know sleep is very important. Thank you for the giveaway & Happy New Year!

I’ve been getting about 7-8 hours a night. Much more than I used to though. Some days I wish I could just sleep for a few more hours but I know I’ll feel lousy if I do that.

  • Diane Richards

I tend to get 5-6 hours a sleep a night. Sometimes on weekends I will get closer to 7-8 hours. It is enough sleep, most nights. Not too bad for a busy working girl 🙂

Hi there, I love sleep. I get about 9 hours a night but that’s only since I have lost 90 pounds. I started my weight loss challenge back in June 2015. It’s a life journey and getting healthy is as well. Before I lost weight, I couldn’t get enough sleep. Now that I make sure I get to bed early so I can workout before I get ready for work, I find my sleeping habits are so much better. Being on a wellness schedule is the best thing I ever did for myself. Thank you so much!

This is so awesome. I usually get about 5. I work in two different hospitals in the ER so my schedule is never normal. It takes getting use to and I wish at times I had a normal schedule!
