Pineapple Coconut Muffins

If you love pineapple and coconut these just be might the perfect muffin for you!  I am a big fan of coconut oil and even put a small teaspoon of it in my daily coffee.  It has a ton of health benefits and the flakes add a nice crunch in foods.  Recipe can be found at Home to Heather.

Strawberry Banana Oat Muffins
