Fashion :: 6 Items Everyone Should Own This Fall

Welcome to Fall ya’ all!  Super excited we have been getting a few days of cool weather here in Southern California and can’t wait to pull out my coats and boots!  Here are some of our favorite fashion trends for Fall 2017.  Each year Pantone Color Institute recommends colors for the year (did you know this comes from the auto industry?!) and we are loving the blues and light pinks this year.  And of course, always a fan of gray!  Have fun with it and don’t feel you need to spend a ton of money to get the looks you want.  Check online (eBay and Amazon) or your local resale boutique.  I found some sweet pink Christian Dior heels that I didn’t pay a penny for because I exchanged clothes and bags I was no longer wearing.  Be creative and resourceful!  Enjoy yourselves!

6 Items Everyone Should Own

Vegan or Leather Jeans/Leggings

I found some Japanese denim jeans that look like black leather on Calypso.com (they have great sales!) and have worn them for day and night events!  This is such a great staple to have in your closet as they can turn any old outfit up a notch or two.

Pair them with a black top and blazer and it is perfect for date night.  During the day I’ve worn them with a white t-shirt and my Adidas shell toes.  You won’t regret getting a pair for yourself – promise!

Military Jacket

I’ve had a green military jacket for a few years now and have worn it lovingly every fall.  You really can’t go wrong with this staple as I’ve seen them around in fashion magazines, Pinterest and online for the past couple years. Long Sweater or Vest

Love this look though never been a fan of white jeans on myself.  They look great on others but not been something I’ve liked on me.  This long sweater vest is really cute over a gray sweater top.  This staple steps things up a bit don’t you think?  And they are perfect for staying cozy on cold winter days.

Boyfriend Blazer
