Jawsome Shark Party
With shark week here this swimming with the sharks party was a no-brainer! Both my boys have summer birthdays and I thought what a better theme than “Shark Attack” for their pool party. My main focus is always the candy table & the color theme. For this jawsome shark party we did blue, red & white for the colors. The candy table was my favorite! We had a shark bait station with gummy worms, goldfish, and Swedish fish candy’s. The table also included candy shark necklaces, coral reef rock candy, gummy life rings and of course gummy sharks. Dandelion Moms Project Kindness :: Helping an Autism Center
Dandelion Moms Project Kindness was created in order to support local, national and even worldwide organizations. A few years back our community sent a small town in the Dominican Republic over 250 books so they could open up a town library. Together, we helped raised over 300 Project Night Night tote bags that were given out to children in shelters across the country and supported the #LikeAGirl campaign that empowers young girls. These are just some of the organizations that that our community has helped and it is something that is dear to my heart. Netflix original series DreamWorks The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants premieres July 13th
TRA-LA-LAAAA! So excited! We absolutely love these books and I have to say as a mom of a reluctant reader that the Captain Underpants book series really helped my daughter become more interested in reading. Now, she will pick up a book and read it for the joy of reading but there was a period of time a few years back that it was really tough to convince her to pick up a book, but she really connected the Captain Underpants and it was a turning point for her.
