Garden :: Holiday Decorating Ideas
This year we are still decorating our front yard and came across some really fun ideas. Gorgeous Holiday Table Setting Ideas
Part of making the holidays extra special is setting the mood and creating a beautiful table for your holiday meal that shows that you took some extra care for your loved ones. I know it made me so happy to see our Thanksgiving table set up with the help of my daughter with some simple decorations that she helped me make. We made some birch tree covered candle holders that literally took us five minutes to make and cost no money! Minus the tea candle we put in the glass artichoke jar I saved from Trader Joes! I love this time of year and it makes me so happy to have the fireplace on, the candles and tree lit. Here are some ideas if you…

DIY Christmas Craft & Decor Ideas
This year might be the first time in a long time we won’t be getting a Christmas tree. I just don’t think it would be a good idea since our 8 month old puppy is still chewing everything in sight and he will probably think the tree, ornaments and presents are just for him to eat and destroy. So I am planning on making some other holiday crafts that we can make to celebrate the season and put up and away from prying puppy eyes. Hope you enjoy these holiday ideas as well! We are preparing to host Thanksgiving this year and found some wonderful recipes to try out as well as décor ideas. Make sure to check out these posts to get some new ideas as well! Friends, Christmas will be here before you know it and I find it less stressful if I take care of my shopping way ahead of time so I can actually sit back and enjoy the season with family and friends. I don’t know how people can go shopping the day or so before Christmas at the malls – how stressful! So here’s to planning a bit ahead (we have a little over 6 weeks left) and enjoy trying out a few of these…
