PROBIOTICS: What Are They & Why Do We Need Them for Our Digestion We have bacteria in our gut. And a lot. (Trivia: There are approximately 500 bacterial species in the gut, specially, the colon.) The good news, most of them are friendly and have a ton of important functions that need to happen every day in order to maintain a strong digestive system. When I came back to the states from living abroad in Japan many years ago, I was introduced to the Natural Products Industry due to some health issues I was having. The only person who had any real answers for me was a nutritionist I met while working for a Japanese Natural Products Company in Los Angeles. I have loved strawberries since I was a kid! They are…

Delicious Grilled Sea Bass Quesadilla Recipe
Back in the day when most of our friends didn’t have kids, we would meet up quite a bit for dinner and drinks. I can still remember playing Cake and Beck on rewind late into the night. One of my favorite dinners was the one our fisherman friend, Mike would make us by the poolside. His dad and him would go deep sea fishing quite a bit and he would bring us fresh sea bass and grill it on the barbecue and then place the fish in tortillas with some cheese. They were the best sea bass quesadillas. I have no idea why I have waited to make this meal again…
