Summer Fun :: Nature Day Camp 101
Summer is here and finding things to do with the kids can be trying sometimes. That is why we are creating a Summer Fun Series where we make suggestions for activities to do with the kids that won’t cost an arm and a leg! My father-in-law told me about this remarkable young girl, Layla Karnes, who dreams of becoming a champion figure skater. He heard about Layla from his physician, Dr. William Karnes, who happens to be her number one fan (shared with mom) and dad. The Perfect Gift for Father’s Day!
Last week my daughter’s teacher gave this adorable succulent gift to the volunteer’s that helped out this year. She had all the children sign the glass vase with their names. I thought this would make the perfect Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Grandparent’s Day and yes, Teacher Appreciation Day gift!
