5 Magical Places to Explore on the Emerald Isle of Ireland
There are only two kinds of people in the world, the Irish and those who wish they were. Written by Kaitlin Murray Ireland – the land of green hills, kind people, ancient legends, and magical experiences. My family traveled for 2 weeks throughout the whole country and every city and sight had something new to offer. I wish that our road trip could have lasted longer and I fell in love with all of the Irish folklore, legends, and art. I cannot wait to return one day! So here are my favorite experiences during our adventure through Ireland. Dingle Peninsula On the Western coast of the country is the…

Smurfs: The Lost Village Party, Craft and Recipe Ideas
This past week we had a chance to host a Smurfs-inspired party in anticipation of the Smurfs: The Lost Village Blu-ray and DVD release beginning of July! Be sure to check it out and host your own Family Movie Night! I love simple yet cute additions that are easy for us busy moms to put together. The mushroom tic-tac-toe game we created that was inspired by the Smurfs mushrooms and was super easy and you only need a few items. The vanilla bean cupcakes are seriously the best ones I’ve made! Fun Summer Ideas for Families-On-The-Go
Summer is here! We officially kicked off summer break last Friday night with a game of volleyball between some moms at school and our respective kids! And let me tell you, the moms were pretty darn serious about winning! It was hysterical! Some of the activities our family enjoys over the summer break include hiking, nature walks, spending time at the pool, trips to the beach, Newport Back Bay, Balboa Island, and mini-day trips. What are some of the things your family likes to do over the summer? One of the things about parenting that to be honest, did come learned the hard way, was that I need…

It’s No “Wonder” Why We #ChooseKind
We are so excited as a family to see “Wonder” coming to the big screen this November. My daughter read the book last year and fell in love with it and connected as well with it. She talked about “Wonder” from the time she started until she put it down – and it’s continued on. She even commented on several occasions that they should: “make it a movie”. And voila! Now it’s come to fruition. I’m writing this as a prod to go and see it when it comes out; although before that happens I highly recommend if you haven’t (or even if you have) to read the book [or…
