These cute little mini frittatas are such a great on-the-go meal. I had one on my way to helping out at my daughter’s school this morning and my husband took a couple for lunch today. The kids will love it too especially if you mix in their favorite cheeses! Field Trippin’ Moms Head to Spain
Wanderlust has a cure. We are two moms with three kids each, animals, carpools, sports, volunteering, etc…you know the drill. We are happy to do it all and even enjoy it (most of the time). We are also fortunate enough to have husbands that have encouraged us to embrace our travel dreams!
