Yesterday, a friend told me about this great Roasted Garlic Chicken Recipe that her whole family loves and that it is really easy to make. I am always up for simple and healthy recipes that my family will actually eat. My husband is not a big meat or seafood eater (yes, makes for interesting dinners) so I have to look for recipes that he might like as well.
