This past May I attended the PBS annual meeting in Miami as part of their Mom Blogger program. It was a great experience and it really honed in to the fact that PBS provides such quality programming for our kids! I grew up watching The Electric Company and Sesame Street and I have felt good about sharing their programs with my daughter. We love how adorable Daniel Tiger is and the lessons he teaches on his show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood! On yesterdays episode, Daniel Tiger celebrated Neighbor Day and demonstrated how important it is to be kind to others. We joined in on the fun and made some cookies and brought over flowers for our neighbors. My daughter loved doorbell ditching and leaving the treats at their doorsteps!
