Comfort Food: One Pot Sausage Casserole
Sometimes we all need comfort food. Hearty, warm and satisfying, it’s easy to make and easy to eat. When the nights get cold and it’s dark outside I love to make this one pot sausage casserole. 1 onion diced 2 cloves garlic finely diced 200g bacon 8 sausages ¼ cup white wine 1 celery stick 1 carrot 1 cup mushrooms 1 punnet cherry tomatoes 1 can diced tomatoes Fry onions and garlic in olive oil. Little Passports USA Discovery Kit Giveaway

Are you ready for a delicious treat? If you love coconut, then I have an easy, yummy, gluten-free dessert you can make. You can make this pudding into cute squares or triangles and sprinkle some toasted coconut over the top, or put the pudding into small serving bowls, or even in a gluten-free pie crust.
