The Importance of Stretching
Last month I wrote about the many benefits of a 30-60 minute daily walk. It has helped me lose that extra weight gained from taking steroids (yuck) and lately I’ve been incorporated some of my favorite yoga stretches about halfway through my walk. My three kids and I felt like we were in heaven as we entered the beautiful Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills to meet and interview the actors and filmmakers of the new Warner Bros film STORKS.
