Dinotrux :: A Netflix and DreamWorks Animation Television Series Review Dinotrux Premiere: My boys and I attended a prescreening of Netflix and DreamWorks Animation’s new animated television series Dinotrux this week. Dinotrux is based on the award-winning series of children’s books written by Chris Gall. Dinotrux takes place in the Mechazoic Era inhabited by half dinosaur and half construction vehicles. The main character is Ty-Rux, a friendly T-Trux who is a combination Tyrannosaurus Rex and megatron excavator. Ty-Rux has to leave his home after it is destroyed by a volcanic eruption. He befriends Revvit, a Reptool with a tape measure tongue. Together they work to build a new home…
