Disneyland’s 60th Diamond Celebration Starts May 22nd
Disneyland Diamond Celebration Begins! Every year we save up to get our Disneyland Season Passes because we love heading over there for an afternoon stroll after school or during holiday breaks. And it wouldn’t be (my) birthday celebration without spending the day there with my crew! It is such a magical place and every time I walk through the gates I immediately turn into my eight year old self. It is so exciting to hear they are celebrating their 60th Anniversary this year and boy, do they have a ton of fun activities planned! Hope you can stop by the park and enjoy the celebrations! And our dandelion moms contributor, Heidi Deal, had a chance to go backstage and met the trainers, knights and even the horses! Read more about her visit here. I love how you can turn this family-friendly experience into an educational one as they offer tons of resources for parents and educators to use before and during their visit. Well, I am super excited to see that Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament in Buena Park, they think all moms are special. That’s why Mom is free* for…

The Langham Huntington Hotel is a Must-See Travel Destination
In January I attended the PBS Winter Press Tour and had the fortune to stay at the lovely Langham Huntington, Pasadena Hotel which is situated at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains. I always enjoy going to the PBS events because it reminds me how much I love their programming, but this Winter Tour was extra special because of the accommodations courtesy of The Langham Huntington, Pasadena Hotel. Driving through the gorgeous older Pasadena neighborhoods you are taken back in time. These neighborhoods were most likely built in the 1940’s and I can only imagine all the hustle and bustle of Hollywood during that time. To provide a visual,…
