Take a Trip Back in Time with The Medieval Times Show
Last week I was contacted by the crew over at The Medieval Times to see if I would like to check out the show in Buena Park. I had not seen the show yet which is surprising since I have lived in Orange County most of my life (minus my college years and traveling). My seven year old was so excited to see real knights on horses fighting and jousting. A brand new show opened up this year and celebrates the California Castle’s 25th anniversary, The Medieval Times 30th anniversary, and its recent $2.5 renovation. Culture :: The Titanic and Bodies Exhibition Tickets Giveaway
Next week, my daughter and I are going to tour the Premier Exhibitions, Titanic: The Experience and Bodies: The Exhibition in Buena Park where the former Movieland Wax Museum use to be. I have always been fascinated by the stories surrounding RMS Titanic and loved the movie when it came out years ago. At the moment, my daughter’s favorite book is Dr. Seuss’s Inside Your Outside which talks about how the body works so I think she will enjoy the Bodies Exhibition. I am told the two exhibitions are appropriate for ages seven on up. This would be a great activity to do with the kids while they are on summer break…

Health :: The Many Benefits of Reflexology Massage
Part of my journey to get healthier this past year after a 4-day stay at the hospital back in September has included monthly Reflexology Massages. The doctors never really did have any answers about what happened to me even after 11 liters pumped in to me via IV (ouch) that included potassium, magnesium, calcium, water, a chest x-ray, a heart monitor attached to my chest the entire stay, spinal tap (ouch), and blood tests every couple hours.
