Tech :: The SanDisk Card Meets All Your Storage Needs
Don’t you hate when your devices aren’t working the way they should? I get so frustrated sometimes but I have found over the years that when my computer “acts up” it is usually because it is at full storage capacity. Recently, I heard about the SanDisk products that offer anything from professional-grade camera memory to point-and-shoot SD cards to microSD cards. I like that you can store your videos on the go and don’t have to worry about reaching your capacity on your devices! Latest & Greatest :: Numb Chucks : Kung Fu App
Does your family like quirky shows? Have you heard of Numb Chucks? It originated in Canada on YTV and premiered on January 7, 2014. The show is targeted at 6-11 year olds, and airs in Canada and on Cartoon Networks’ Boomerang in the US. An animated comedy series, Numb Chucks focuses on two well-intentioned but incompetent woodchucks, Dillweed and Fungus, who try to use kung fu to protect their hometown from criminals. I know as moms we tend to put aside our needs but I am here to say that can be a unfortunate avenue to take – and this comes from my own experiences. Years back, I was talking with a friend and we started talking about one of my favorite quotes “Nothing is more important than your health.” We had a long discussion about how we tend to take…

Amazon’s “Capture Their Love of Reading” Kindle Giveaway
Last year I had a chance to check out the new Kindle Fire HDX Tablet courtesy of Amazon and absolutely fell in love with it. I use to be pretty adamant about only reading book books but after trying out the Kindle I liked the ease of which I can order a book immediately in the comfort of my home. This has been really convenient when I am reading a series and can’t wait to start the next book. You know how that is when the author leaves you on a cliffhanger and you must start the new book immediately! Plus, I love all the deals they offer such as free books for…

Kids will love Camp Google – an online summer camp
This past week was the start of Camp Google featuring Sylvia Earle, marine biologist and Explorer-in-Residence at National Geographic and host of the first week of Camp Google. This online summer camp was created to spark curiosity in children with four weeks of live adventures geared towards students ages 7-10 now through August 7th. During each of the four weeks of Camp Google, kids 7-10 can explore different subjects by joining live adventures—from the depths of the Atlantic to the top of one of the world’s most active volcanoes—and doing fun science projects. Last week, Sylvia and National Geographic diver Erika Bergman took kids on the first adventure—a live…
