    Education :: Complete Preschool Curriculum

    March 17, 2016 /

      This is our second year as a homeschool family. I have a preschooler who will be going into kinder this fall and a second grader. Last year I didn’t do anything formal with my three year old since figuring out homeschool with my first grader was hard enough. This year I was more structured and always had something available for her to do that counted as “school work”. She likes learning, so it’s important to me that I always have something for her to do.…

    Homemade Linguine and Clams Recipe

    March 13, 2016 /

      Last night my in-laws treated me to a favorite recipe that’s been in their family for almost 50 years and I was in heaven! Linguine and clams is one of my all-time favorites and when they heard that I love this meal they made a huge dish of it for all of us to enjoy.  My father-in-law received a recipe gift box filled with recipes (remember when they use to give those out?)  when he was working for a bank over 40 years ago as a giveaway for their employees.  Though not all the recipes stuck around this one is in their top 5 and I can see why. If you like linguine…
