With the holidays upon us hosting or attending family dinners can be so much fun or chaotic or a little of both don’t you think?  One of my favorite memories is the year my mother thought it would be fun to have a food fight on Thanksgiving.  Yes, we were all sitting around the table enjoying our turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casserole (well, at the time my mom was the only one who liked that dish), and dinner rolls when my mom picked up a handful of mashed potatoes and threw them at my dad, laughing the whole time.  After a few moments of complete shock…
