Holiday Baking Made Easy with Krusteaz Cookie Mixes
I don’t know about you but this year the holiday’s really snuck up on me! We finally got our tree this weekend and put out the rest of the decorations. Keep in mind I am usually the first one on the block come day after Thanksgiving (I get too excited) so I am a little behind for me. But I’m finally getting into the swing of things (good thing since Christmas will be here before we know it!). Enjoy *drool* Five Minute Fudge Wreath from Tidy…

If you are following my recipe, feel free to use regular flour in the same measurements. Cup for cup flour exchange is so awesome and works out great for recipes that I have had for a long time, dearly love,…

Tasty Gluten-free Cookies On Sunday Afternoon
Today I felt the need for a fun snack. Something with chocolate. Something chewy. Something to satisfy my sweet-tooth. For me this is always a frustrating moment, because I can’t just eat any sweet treat. It has to be gluten-free, or I become a very sick girl. The quest is on, then, for something yummy and delicious, …AND gluten-free. This is harder than it sounds, because most gluten-free foods, whether processed or ‘home-made’ are not as tasty as foods made with wheat flour. However, I will say that things are looking better. There are some amazing new gluten-free products hitting the markets, as well as bakeries and stores completely dedicated…
