    Latest & Greatest :: Disney’s New Storybook App Frozen

    December 11, 2013 /

      We had one of those nights last night.  You know where your child is up in the middle of the night and can’t seem to get settled.  Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep, so we are planning a relaxing day after school and headed to see the new Disney movie Frozen.  I can’t wait as I have heard from several of my mom friends that this is a really great movie and that they even cried at the end!  So we are super excited about reviewing the new Frozen app created by Disney.  The first page opens up and we see the two main characters, Princess Anna and her older sister…

    Latest & Greatest :: Daniel Tiger’s Day & Night

    September 3, 2013 /

      We love how adorable Daniel Tiger is and the lessons he teaches on his show Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood!  On yesterdays episode, Daniel Tiger celebrated Neighbor Day and demonstrated how important it is to be kind to others.  We joined in on the fun and made some cookies and brought over flowers for our neighbors.  My daughter loved doorbell ditching and leaving the treats at their doorsteps!  But I knew she was learning an important life lesson from Daniel Tiger (and mom) about treating others the way we would want to be treated! In Daniel Tiger’s Day and Night app, we are able to interact with Daniel Tiger and learn more…

      We are excited to review Disney’s Digital new app featuring Mickey Mouse!  Disney’s Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Paint app is loads of fun for any creative kid.  The first page opens up and we can choose which section of the house we want to go to including the Kitchen, the Garden, the Living Room.  We started with the kitchen and Mickey tells us to first color in his image before we start.  There are some really fun items to choose from including painting with a sponge, using glitter and you even get to use the magic wand!  My daughter had a lot of fun coloring in Mickey with polka dots, glitter…

    Disney’s Toy Story: Story Theater Review & Contest

    June 17, 2013 /

      We have watched all of the Toy Story movies no less than 10 times each.  I just love the idea of toys coming alive once the humans leave the room and the movies have definitely hit a cord with children as well!  We had a chance to review Disney’s newest release Disney Toy Story: Story Theater that allow you to make your own film using the Toy Story characters.  The first page opens up to Free Play, Story Play and Saved Stories.  This section is for all the stories your children created to be enjoyed time and again.  We started with Story Play and we are told to select a character. …
