Breakfast just might be my favorite meal of the day and we serve breakfast for dinner at least once a week at our house. Going out to eat breakfast on Sundays was a big part of my childhood. There was a family-owned restaurant up the street from where we lived and we frequented their restaurant quite often. But my dad was famous for making his grits and sausages. I love grits to this day and always order a side of them if they are served at the restaurant.
