So… I just read a post on facebook from my cousin who lives in Chicago. “61 degrees and having a pumpkin spice latte!” “Whatever.” I wanted to write back. Because back here is Southern California, we are experienceing a major heat wave with an unusual partner for a desert climate…humidity! The years prior to when my daughter was born were ones where I spent (admittedly) too much time shopping and it was a favorite pastime of mine.
