Gluten Free Frozen Yogurt Fruit Bites
I love to have fun snacks for my kids that are healthy as well as tasty. I also look for snacks that are easy to make. Since I eat gluten free, I try to find snacks that will work for me as well as for my kids. For this snack, I cut up some fruit and dipped the small bites size pieces in Greek Yogurt. Gluten Free Graham Crackers
I found this yummy recipe for gluten-free graham crackers on the website for Jules Gluten Free Flour. You can either make your own graham crackers from scratch, or Jules has made it easy for you to buy her gluten-free graham cracker mix. You just have to add a few ingredients to the dry mixture. I also didn’t take…

Gluten-Free S’mores Monkey Bread
While spending a few minutes on Pinterest the other day, I stumbled upon a delicious looking recipe for S’mores Monkey Bread from recipesnobs.com. The pictures looked so delicious that I thought I would see if it would work as a gluten-free dessert. Not all recipes work well for a gluten-free swap, but I was thrilled with this one. I also used a gluten-free flour that I have found works well with a cup for cup exchange, so keep that in mind if you are not familiar with how your gluten-free flour will work in your recipe. Most do not work well. This recipe also calls for graham crackers, so I…

I tried all kinds of products made with gluten-free flours, and almost everything I tried was seriously yucky. The most brutal lesson for me was at Thanksgiving. I planned to make a yummy stuffing with store-bought gluten-free bread. I figured that with enough butter and spices I could create a delicious tongue-exploding wonder that my gluten-eating family members would think was the best tasting experience of their lives… I would surprise them later with the exciting news of how I made this delectable stuffing from gluten-free bread: Surprise! Well… I…
