Every year since my daughter was about two years old we have hosted the neighborhood Halloween party.  And each year my daughter and I are looking for some new ideas for decorating our front lawn and party table.  She is quite the character and has been drawn to the sparkly skeleton heads found at Target the past few years so we do have an overabundance of skulls and bones! We set up a section reserved just for these spooky things but I wanted to find some new ideas that we can include in this years pot-luck party that both young and old can enjoy.  We found some spooky and not so spooky DIY…
