    Whole Foods and PBS Kids Promote Healthy Eating

          After my health scare this past year, I was reminded of how important it is to be in good health.  It really is the foundation to living a full and vibrant life!  Especially if you have young children, you want to teach them the importance of making good food choices to ensure they grow up appreciating and taking care of their own health.  So I was happy to hear that Whole Foods Market and PBS Kids have partnered up to offer families tools that support healthy eating.  They offer FREE resources, including materials from their newest preschool series, PEG + CAT,  which focuses on preschool math and…
