When the nights get cold and it’s dark outside I love to make this one pot sausage casserole. 1 onion diced 2 cloves garlic finely diced 200g bacon 8 sausages ¼ cup white wine 1 celery stick 1 carrot 1 cup mushrooms 1 punnet cherry tomatoes 1 can diced tomatoes Fry onions and garlic in olive oil.
