But don’t get me wrong, I love art in all it’s forms! Art really does help finish a home. Spend a little time finding out what you love to see everyday and brings you joy. Here are some tips for decorating your home with art and best…

7 Entryway Design Tips and Ideas
1). Landing Spot. This could be a console table, bench or a Japanese Tansu or even dress of drawers. Figure out how much space you have in this area and go from there. 2). Storage. We store our dog’s lease, keys and knick knacks in a felt IKEA basket I found a few months back. At the time I wasn’t sure what I was going to use it for but I love the contrast with the Japanese Tansu. Think about what you plan to use it for and buy the size you need. IKEA has a ton of containers on the cheap! 3). Seating. I found this cute felt…

Dwell :: Decorating with Aqua, Teal and Turquoise
Colors can evoke such emotion in one don’t you think? Gorgeous DIY Succulent Pumpkin Planters
I honestly love pumpkin season, the smells and the flavors. This cute pumpkin succulent arrangement immediately turns your house into fall season. It also makes a great gift. As soon as the pumpkin starts to rot, simply plant it in your garden. If you need to pot it, just gently pull of the succulents and plant them in your favorite pot. I like to have a selection of different succulents. Definitely look for the little baby flower like succulents but also look for longer ‘flatter’ plants. Spread them out and sort them so you can clearly see what you have. I use moss…
