What’s for Dinner :: Italian Chopped Salad
With summer upon us it can be tough finding the time (or energy) to make dinner so I have been on the hunt for really simple yet healthy meals I can make in a moments time. Last week I picked up a premade Italian Chopped Salad at the grocery that included all the makings (Romaine Lettuce, Brocolli, Red Cabbage, Green Onions, and Parsley) for a yummy Italian salad. I wasn’t sure how much salami, etc., was included in the package so I went ahead and bought some nitrate-free salami (two types), mozzarella cheese, nitrate and MSG-free turkey and some grape tomatoes.
