If you grew up in Southern California, you have probably visited Knott’s Berry Farm!  As a kid, I loved going to the park and eating their yummy funnel cakes and getting soaked on the log ride.  After coming back to Southern California from living and working in Japan after college, seriously one of the first things I wanted to do was go to Knott’s and eat a funnel cake!  And who can forget my high school graduation party at Knott’s?  If you went to a southern California high school – you probably went to Knott’s the week of graduation and had a blast with your classmates.
