One of my favorite meals is a Nicoise salad because it has a great combination of goodies – great sources of protein – canned tuna and eggs, greens, olives and much more! When my husband offered to make me this salmon version I was super excited! In my opinion this is the perfect meal – especially on a warm summer day! Delicious Roasted Garlic Chicken and Brie Sandwich Recipe
I wish I could say I came up with this recipe all by myself but this delicious sandwich idea comes from one of my favorite sandwich cafes here in town. I figured I could use my leftover roasted garlic chicken breast from the night before and with just a few ingredients duplicate it at home. Friends, it was SO easy to make and goes far on taste.
