Teams for PBS and the BBC – including Emmy Award®-winning hosts Chris Kratt and Martin Kratt – make their way to Alaska this week for the live, three-night, multi-platform natural-history adventure that premieres July 23 at 8:00 PM ET, with new episodes on July 26 and 30 at 8:00 PM ET. My mother and I actually lived in Alaska for about a year when I was really little! In the Spotlight with The Kratt Brothers
Christopher F. “Chris” Kratt and his older brother Martin Kratt grew up in Warren Township, New Jersey. Together they host the television programs Kratts’ Creatures, Zoboomafoo, and Be the Creature (which airs on the National Geographic Channel), and Wild Kratts (which airs on PBS Kids and TVOKids). I had a chance to speak to these energetic brothers who have a real passion for educating kids about wild and sea life.
