    It’s No “Wonder” Why We #ChooseKind

    We are so excited as a family to see “Wonder” coming to the big screen this November. My daughter read the book last year and fell in love with it and connected as well with it. She talked about “Wonder” from the time she started until she put it down – and it’s continued on. She even commented on several occasions that they should: “make it a movie”. And voila!     Netflix Titles, Crafts and Recipes to Promote Kindness and Acceptance

      A Little Kindness Never Gets Old.  That is the catch-phrase of the Netflix original series, Derek, staring Ricky Gervais, an English nursing home caretaker who only sees the good in people.  Wouldn’t life be easier if we all had this sunny disposition and saw only the good?!  This month as we are preparing our children for returning to school, Netflix took a cue from Derek and compiled a list of titles that help teach our kids about kindness and acceptance.  Derek’s mantra of acceptance, no matter age or ability inspired their list of titles that provide a great resource for parents to remind their kids about seeing the good in others. …
