Connecting with Loved Ones
I really like when my job pushes me to think about things – about life, relationships, and ourselves. This month as part of the Stonyfield YoGetters group I was asked to talk with my daughter about when she feels most loved by myself and my husband. Unfortunately, I don’t have a magic wand that will allow me to…

Musings :: “I Like You” – Words that Heal
Last week, really this whole month has been so crazy for us as I am sure it has been for most families. It seems like we have been going from one event to the next. I was telling my husband last week that most of the moms I see and talk to at drop-off look like they are feeling the stress of the holidays as well. Tis the season I guess! But among all this hustle and bustle, my daughter did something that made me stop and think about what the holidays are really about. They shouldn’t be about being too stressed to enjoy this season of joy and hope. …
