Downton Abbey Inspired Tea Party Ideas
This past Friday, January 2nd, PBS and MASTERPIECE “hosted” a BIG SIP event in downtown New York City and are encouraging fans of Downton Abbey to get involved and host their own tea party in anticipation of tonight’s premiere of Season 5. I am so excited for tonight’s premiere that we are hosting our own little tea party today and wanted to share some ideas to join in the fun! New Live-Action Series Odd Squad Premieres 11/26 on PBS Kids
Last April at the PBS annual meeting in San Francisco, I heard about a new PBS Kids series ODD SQUAD that is designed to help kids ages 5-8 years old build math skills. Coming from a student who was deathly afraid of math growing up – I am absolutlely thrilled that PBS Kids has created this series that shows that math can be fun! Santomero, creator of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, in our Inspirational Moms section last year where she talks about her inspiration behind creating such great hits like Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood and Blue’s Clues. Below are helpful tips…

These brothers, Chris and Martin, have brought the fun into wildlife. Since watching Zoboomafoo with my then 3 year old, our family have been big fans of these two. As a kid, I use to love watching the nature programs and learn about the world around us. My daughter shares this same love of nature and we enjoy watching Wild Kratt’s together quite often. This coming Monday the Kratt brothers, Martin and Chris will be educating kids about the differences between a crocodile and an alligator. I…
