    Still Using the Power Pressure Cooker (Pt 2)

    Most of you know if you read my last post about the Power Pressure Cooker XL that I am experimenting and trying some of my tried and true – regular oven/stove top made recipes in it. Obviously, I am still using it (almost daily) and I’m still in awe of it and daily feel as if someone gave me magic beans!     What’s For Dinner? Spinach, Cheese and Bacon Frittata

      This is my go-to meal when I am not sure what to make for dinner.  It is really easy to put together and you probably already have the ingredients in your refridgerator so no need for an extra trip to the grocery store!  That’s always a plus in my book!  You can use a pie crust if you are looking for a more hearty meal but I prefer the crustless frittata since you are tasting the eggs, spinach and bacon more without the crust.  But both are great meals for a special day such as Mother’s Day and easy enough for the kids to help out with.  Enjoy!    …
