Tis the season for soups that can be enjoyed as a side dish or as the main course.  I love this time of year and we actually turned on our natural gas fireplace the other day when we had some cold weather!  I was about the happiest bug around and can’t wait to try out some yummy soups to enjoy next time we have some cold weather!  You could serve these soups at your next dinner party as the pumpkins or squash look so pretty as the serving bowls.  Enjoy the chilly weather with a nice bowl of homemade soup.  Yum!       Pumpkin Rice Laksa Soup This delicious…
