Join Our “Talk Like A Pirate” Facebook Party on September 19th
Tis that time of year again! Talk Like A Pirate Day of course! This day was devised over 10 years ago by two buddies speaking pirate while playing tennis. They talked about how fun it would be if the whole country spoke pirate for a day. One of our favorite holidays is just around the corner! No, I am not talking about Halloween (which just might be my favorite), but International Talk Like a Pirate Day on September 19th! I was told about this “holiday” last year from a friend who knew about my children’s picture book and app, Penelope the Purple Pirate.
