      Last month I wrote about the many benefits of a 30-60 minute daily walk.  It has helped me lose that extra weight gained from taking steroids (yuck) and lately I’ve been incorporated some of my favorite yoga stretches about halfway through my walk.  If you didn’t get a chance to read the post about the health benefits to walking you can read it here.       After the birth of my daughter I took up yoga to help with getting back in shape and to reduce my stress levels.  No one really tells you how hard it can be at times raising a child and I found some real peace of mind in my yoga classes.
