Make Your Own Cosmetics: A New and Natural Alternative
There is a new product on the market that is so fun and fresh, your makeup will never be the same again. Make Your Own Cosmetics offers kits that allow you to create your own eye shadow using their specially formulated all-natural, cruelty-free ingredients. Do you ever see an amazing eye shadow color in the store and get home to find it just doesn’t fit you? Now you can completely customize your colors to get just the right shade. The paraben- and gluten-free mineral makeup is perfect for sensitive skin. The Colour Crush Eye Shadow Kit includes 9 eye shadow pigments plus a base, and everything you need to get started including recipe cards, mixing bags, and eye shadow pots. Make Your Own Cosmetics takes getting creative with your makeup to a whole new level.
Make Your Own Cosmetics was founded by Jennifer, who will soon be a fully qualified makeup artist and beauty therapist. Based in Melbourne, Australia, she is a transplant to the Great Land of Oz. She enjoyed teaching music and has a background in multimedia, but was looking for an additional source of income that could be earned from home that was fun and creative. Jennifer began crafting cosmetics, mostly lipsticks and eye shadows for herself, and friends and family soon grew interested in her new hobby. She began making her lovely cosmetics for others who also enjoyed affordable cosmetics that were toxin-free. The ball continued to roll and Jennifer realized the opportunity to turn her passion into problem-solving for the thousands of women looking for a cleaner cosmetics alternative.
Make Your Own Cosmetics’ mineral makeup isn’t claiming to be all natural while hiding a bunch of scary chemicals in the formulas. It’s quite the opposite. There is a page on the website dedicated to listing the ingredients you’ll find in their cosmetics so you know exactly what you’re working with.
Make Your Own Cosmetics gives you the freedom of knowing what you’re wearing, but it also gives you other opportunities. Like Jennifer, you too can create your own custom shades to sell to women in your own community who are also looking for safer, natural cosmetics that are stylish and affordable.
I have been working with Jennifer for almost a year now as a content writer for some of her various needs and I have been impressed with her style and creativity over and over again. She strives to provide a useful product that offers value, sensitivity to consumer needs, and consideration for the environment, and her design and imagery is absolutely lovely.
