Create an Art Journal

I love how coloring is bringing so much joy to people. From children to grown ups. Everyone has the potential to be creative. To color is a stress reliever. You pick colors that make you happy and without thinking you just add color with markers or pencils or even paint to a picture that you like. Fun right?

In my world I am always coloring and drawing. I cannot imagine a day without artmaking, a day without color. This is how I unwind and de-stress. I often end my day with drawing, coloring and painting in my art journal.

Have fun with this page! Use any materials you like, print it out how big you like. Maybe even frame it after you are done.

*I used washable Crayola Supertips Markers, I have the set of 50. Find them here

Download and print to your desired size.  You can always pick up some quality paper at your local craft store and bind them together to make an Art Journal.  Have fun with it!  This is a great way to decompress and get lost in the world of colors.
