Thanksgiving-inspired Lunch and Snack Ideas

It is a challenge everyday to come up with some healthy yet easy school lunch ideas that my daughter will actually eat!  I always know if we did good packing her lunch because she’ll come home with an empty lunchbox (assuming she isn’t trading food and/or throwing it out) but I am always looking for some fun ways to add in a little excitement during the week.  Here are some of our favorite Thanksgiving-inspired lunch ideas that look pretty easy to put together.  That is my kind of lunch! Gooble gooble!
