Teletubbies Captures Imaginations:

Carefully designed especially for children six months to three years old, this playful brand captures young preschoolers’ imaginations and promotes early developmental growth.

Every core element of Teletubbies has been carefully crafted to encourage a learning experience based on a social and emotional approach.

Teletubbies has been carefully researched and has at its heart the creation of a “conversation” where the slower pace allows time for the child to make their own responses.

Teletubbies is designed to help young children develop their physical, emotional, cognitive, communications and social skills in a warm, loving, playful environment. It’s about exploring, experimenting, experience and enjoyment.

Teletubbies Encourages Self-Expression:

Teletubbies is all about learning through laughter. There are huge proven benefits in this, such as learning to be yourself, building your confidence, developing your communication skills and self-expression, and simply having fun with others.

It helps children focus on sounds and language, interpret non-verbal signals and imitate. All this helps them learn and respond.

“Tubby Talk” Helps Children with their Communication Skills:

The Teletubby language performs an important role in helping children develop their speech. The characters’ “Tubby Talk” is based on young children’ first words and so it helps children feel more confident about communication. The show seeks to communicate to children in a way that helps them reach their development goals through simple concepts and repetition. Research shows that young children find “baby talk” engaging, which encourages them to pay more attention to the adult speech around it, such as the show’s narration and the Voice T Children are also encouraged to join in and play games with words.

Joining the dancing, songs and games is good for toddlers’ confidence and physical well-being.  My daughter has loved dancing since she was really little and I think this joy in moving around is pretty universal across all cultures and nations.  I love that the Teletubbies encourage this way of expression and is a wonderful way to build up children’s confidence!
