Heart health is not something most people think about on a daily basis, but taking good care of your heart and eating foods that support your heart is one of the best things you can do to aim for optimal health.  There are certain foods and supplements you can take that benefit your heart.  Dr. Heather Manley wrote a great post about some lab tests you can ask your doctor for to help determine your heart health.
