The Important Role Pets Play in Our Family
As long as I can remember my family has always, and I mean always had pets! At one point in high school our family had this adorable (yet funky-looking black goldfish with big round eyes). The 12th Annual Art in the Park takes place Saturday, October 10 from 10:00 to 4:00 on the Civic Green at the Newport Beach Civic Center, 100 Civic Center Dr., Newport Beach. Join the CHOC “Walk in the Park” Event October 11th!
Next weekend is the annual CHOC “Walk in the Park” event presented by the Disneyland Resort. The Walk, which will be held the morning of Sunday, October 11, is the largest, most unique single pediatric walk event in the nation. Among the event’s estimated 15,000 walkers are participants from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia and Japan. This year’s event is all the more special as the CHOC Walk commemorates its 25th silver anniversary against the sparkling backdrop of the Disneyland Resort Diamond Celebration.
