This past May I attended the PBS annual meeting in Miami as part of their Mom Blogger program. It was a great experience and it really honed in to the fact that PBS provides such quality programming for our kids! Recipes :: Fun Halloween Lunch Ideas
My husband and I are now trying to barter with our first grader so that she will finish her school lunch. Our new grand idea is to let her eat Pizza Friday from the cafeteria on Friday’s if she eats the school lunches we pack her during the week. My family moved quite a bit when I was younger. In 2nd grade I went to three different schools in one year. Sometimes it was hard to adjust to a new city or school as a kid, but I do value that experience as an adult as it taught me coping skills at a young age.
