History of Ice Cream
Growing up our family would head to our local ice cream shop, Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors, a couple times a month! I would switch it up between a banana split or a scoop (or two) of vanilla ice cream on a cone. For most people, ice cream brings back happy childhood memories! Today, July 17th, is National Ice Cream Day and I wanted to find out more about this delicious treat that so many of us enjoy! Food historians tell us the history of ice cream begins with ancient flavored ices. The Chinese are generally credited for creating the first ice creams, possibly as early as 3000 BC. Marco Polo…

Delicious Grilled Sea Bass Quesadilla Recipe
Back in the day when most of our friends didn’t have kids, we would meet up quite a bit for dinner and drinks. I can still remember playing Cake and Beck on rewind late into the night. One of my favorite dinners was the one our fisherman friend, Mike would make us by the poolside. His dad and him would go deep sea fishing quite a bit and he would bring us fresh sea bass and grill it on the barbecue and then place the fish in tortillas with some cheese. They were the best sea bass quesadillas. I have no idea why I have waited to make this meal again…

But throughout the years I have come across some great tips that will help with moving day. Have each family member pack an overnight bag with their…
